The factory-themed design with attention to detail was mind-blowing. The renovated building was the nicest on the street. The loft unit had a modern bathroom and kitchen with new, shiny appliances. The washer, dryer, and ample towels made our stay super convenient. Mr. Marquardt was the perfect host, allowing early check-in and providing two sets of keys. The spacious and clean rooms, along with the cute garden, added a charming homey feel. The apartment's location near the S-Bahn train station and amenities was jaw-dropping. The vintage decoration and comfortable beds were a bonus. Perfect for a family of five. The nearby coffee house and the Classic Remise Berlin were also major highlights.

I had a really nice stay, with location to S-Bahn. Favourable setting, next to the airport and central Berlin and the conference center. I loved that there was Wald Cafe within 15 minutes walk, serving coffee and treats. Had easy check in. Big style of the building was accompanied by the vintage inner decor. Everything was nice and met expectations, I would recommend this place...

Loved the natural light flooding the apartment, felt like a celebrity in the stylish living room with a flat-screen TV. The nearby Schloss Charlottenburg Palace was a regal treat!

This place was mind-blowing! The location was super convenient, just a few blocks from the S-Bahn station. The lack of air conditioning was not an issue at all, as the fresh air flowing through the open windows kept us cool. Climbing a few flights of stairs was not a problem for us, and the apartment was perfect for our family, with adequate cooking facilities for a family of four. Getting around the city was a breeze with the nearby bus and S-Bahn connections. We easily reached the airport, Berlin Hauptbahnhof, and even found the Berlin Mall. Grocery stores and delicious food markets were within walking distance. Our host was extremely gracious and made our stay memorable. We truly appreciate his hospitality. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and peaceful, providing everything we needed for a short stay. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
